Teetrendo Return Policy, Refund Policy

At Teetrendo, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Every product is made with care, and we take customer satisfaction seriously. Please read the following policy before placing your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following situations:
- You received a wrong product.
- You received a wrong size due to an error on our part.
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- The product has a manufacturing or printing defect.
For hygiene and product-quality reasons, we do not generally accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection by the customer.
2. Return Period
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Requests made after 7 days may not be accepted.
3. Product Condition
To qualify for a return, the T-shirt must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be unwashed.
- Not have any perfume, stains, marks, or other signs of use.
- Be returned with its original packaging and tags, where applicable.
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise used may not qualify for a return.
4. Wrong, Damaged or Defective Product
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, please contact us within 7 days.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging/shipping label
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review the request and, if approved, provide instructions for the replacement or return.
Please do not send the product back before receiving return instructions from Teetrendo.
5. Size Exchanges
Please carefully check our Size Guide before ordering.
If you selected the wrong size, we may not be able to provide an exchange because our products may be produced specifically against an order.
If Teetrendo has made an error in the size/product supplied, we will arrange an appropriate replacement after verification.
6. Refunds
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, it may take additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
7. Replacement
Where appropriate, Teetrendo may offer a replacement instead of a refund, particularly for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Printing defects
- Incorrect products
- Products damaged during delivery
Replacement availability is subject to stock and product availability.
8. Return Shipping
If the return is due to an error attributable to Teetrendo, such as receiving a wrong or defective product, Teetrendo will bear the applicable return shipping cost as per our return instructions.
For other return requests, shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
9. Sale & Promotional Products
Products purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or other promotional campaigns may have different return or exchange conditions. Please check the applicable terms displayed at the time of purchase.
10. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because some Teetrendo products may enter processing or production shortly after an order is placed, cancellation may not be possible once processing has started.

12. Important Note
Teetrendo reserves the right to refuse a return or refund where the product does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined above or where the return request appears to involve misuse or abuse of the return policy.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable Indian consumer-protection laws.

Tip for your Teetrendo website: I would keep this policy relatively strict for T-shirts, because allowing unrestricted “wrong size/change of mind” returns can destroy your margins when you’re trying to build the business around a ₹1,000/day advertising budget.
