Order Processing

All Teetrendo products are made-to-order. Once your order is confirmed, it enters our production process.

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
  • During festivals, promotional events, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on eligible orders (subject to promotional offers).
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to:

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate before placing your order.

Teetrendo cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If you need to update your address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.


Failed Delivery Attempts

Courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed, the shipment may be returned to us.

Reshipping charges may apply.


International Shipping

Currently, Teetrendo ships within India only.

We plan to introduce international shipping soon.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Opened
  • Missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the package
  • Photos of the product
  • Brief description of the issue

We will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for selected pin codes.

Additional COD charges may apply where applicable.


Important Information

As every product is printed specifically for your order, production begins shortly after your purchase is confirmed. Therefore, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they enter production.
